You are strong because you are
imperfect…
You are wise because you have doubts.
Clementine Churchill, 1940
In a nutshell supervision is a relational conversation
where supervisees reflect on their work and their work experiences
in order to learn to practice better.

I am a Melbourne based clinical supervisor working with counselors. therapists, peer support workers and other health and welfare practitioners online, via Zoom.
Clinical Supervision ideally should be a place outside your organisation or a space for a private practitioner to explore, while being safely supported. Different perspectives and flexibility emerges increasing effectivity, while paying attention to self care.

My commitment is to be supportive, non judgmental and confidentiality is assured (within the legal parameters).

Clinical Supervision for me is a collaborative conversation where your goals are the focus. This will give you the space and opportunity to share vulnerability, to grow as a practitioner, be willing to dare and learn new skills and strategies.
I respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of this land, the people of the Kulin Nation, on which I live, connect and contribute. I pay my respect to their Elders, past and present.
